I have a problem with my immigration visa at US embassy at Warsaw. After uscis and nvc aproved my visa in f2a category and scheduled interview in may 2021 in Poland consul said that im in wrong category because im aged out. Consul said that I have to wait for group f2b. My priority date is 18 November 2016 and now visa buletin stop and is huge backlog. I just came to Poland just for 2 weeks and now I'm here almost 10 months. I wanna ask you that you heard about case like mine? How is possible that uscis and nvc used filling dates (chart B) of visa buletin and scheduled my interview in category f2a and us consul at embassy change my category to f2b. They said that they have inside law and now they use final action chart. I know that is on uscis page that we have to calculate CSPA by chart A but uscis and nvc used chart b. DOB: 23 SEPTEMBER 1996 PRIORITY DATE: 18 NOVEMBER 2016 I-130 APROVED: 28 FEBRUARY 2018 Do you heard anything like that? Do you have any idea how I can deal with that?

Hi guys, is there anyone here who got expedited in Warsaw embassy? I got approved for expedite polish embassy and received this email. What does it mean? Have you received an email like this too? Do I have to do anything before my interview? My interview is in about a month and I submitted all of my documents to ceac website so this email confused me.. however I got expedited before being DQ! Is that the reason they sent me this email? Tell me your experiences please!

Hallo, first post here as I only came across this forum by a chance. We have submitted all the documents for our green card application, sponsored by our son, who is a US citizen, Several of them were rejected as the format was not correct and we subsequently resubmitted those on December 15th. Since then it looks like the case review has stalled as the status of those document shows as 'submitted' only. Any idea how long would it take these days to have them finally reviewed and the interview scheduled? Thank you Dom

Hi Guys, I received a RFE in Nov 2021 and was given time to reply until 31st Jan 2022, I am still working on it . I checked my account and have a notice on top that USCIS extends the flexibility of replying the response by 60 days after due date. I am adding the link and want to know if i have to reply before my due date or if its fine to reply it after due date. Is here someone who replied after there due date here ? https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/uscis-extends-flexibility-for-responding-to-agency-requests-0 Thank You

Hey guys, Me and my wife are already few months into USCIS stage and having inevitable NVC fillings coming up soon I have some doubts, that I've tried fully clear with the help of the historical topics and Google, but didn't have full success on that. We've made decision that the best way in our case(both me and spouse living outside the US, I wasn't there for 7 years so I will have to rebuild my domicile) is for me to relocate to the US after receiving NOA2 on I-130 and after receiving job even before relocation, to not go there in the dark, without concrete prospects.Soon after arriving in the US, I was planning to submit AoS with the income entered based on my new job and there come the doubts. Apart from how much I will make, I guess that NVC or consulate will also care about its stability, so there might be problem if I will send the AoS only with letter from the employer and let's say one pay stub. Of course I know that the stability of this income would get stronger since the appointment for interview would take few months, but I'm worried about NVC rejecting my AoS when they would see, that I made like three times less in the previous year and now suddenly I would declare such a different income from what I had in returns(due to difference in earning between Poland and the US, I believe that I would be able to continue working in IT field as I do right now). Is NVC often rejecting such a cases, which I guess could be applicable for many USCs relocating to the US to find a job before sending AoS so they wouldn't need a co-sponsor. I also hope that relocating to the US before sending AoS would help me solve the domicile issue as it would be much easier to prove that I intent in good faith to re-establish it.
