US Immigration from Philippines

We just finished our interview, and the consul said we need to submit I-944. Our application was postmarked before Feb 24, the day when supposedly the rule is in effect.

As per USCIS website "Therefore, we will apply the public charge final rule and related guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual, Volumes 2, 8 and 12, to all applications and petitions postmarked (or submitted electronically) on or after Feb. 24, 2020. If you send your application or petition by commercial courier (for example, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), we will use the date on the courier receipt as the postmark date."

I know I can just comply, but I think this is an error on the consul's part. We're just waiting for the notice, I'm planning to comply at the same time include the evidence that this shouldn't be applied to my application.

Any inputs will be very much appreciated.

Please need ASAP! Where can i buy a travel and medical insurance in the Philippines travelling to USA. My dads flight is tomorrow. Pls help!

I am scheduled for my Oath taking Ceremony next month however My Name is different on the appointment letter and on my online USCIS account.

A little background,

my maiden name is:

Kim Sigourney Adona Roldan (Adona - mother s maiden name, Roldan - Father s last name)

Married name is:

Kim Sigourney Roldan Valledor

During my Citizenship interview, the IO said she will be legally changing my middle name from, Adona to Roldan .

I told her, yes, that was legally changed when I got married. She said no, I m legally changing it now for your N400. I agreed and trusted her because I know she knew better.

Upon signing, I saw that my current name was, Kim Sigourney Adona Valledor,

changing to Kim Sigourney Roldan Valledor which again confused me and I told her my current name is Kim Sigourney Roldan Valledor. I asked her again and she said it s just for the system.

Has anyone gone through this? I m really worried because I didn t request for a name change and it s been tough trying to contact someone through the phone. Do I request for a infopass appointment?
