Medical for my wife today and she got the dreaded sputum test. When does it all end? Now 3 more trips to Manila, then wait (I believe 2 months) for results?

Hello, I have couple of questions and I hope you guys can help. - My daughter is schedule for her interview in the US Embassy in the Philippines on February 19. I won't be there to accompany her but my mom would be there. Would that be a problem?
- On the letter it states "No other applicants and no petitioners will be allowed entry". That means she'll be alone inside the embassy. How long does it usually take?
- What could possibly be the interview questions?
- I read she has to hand carry all documents in original form. I filed online and of course I have the original supplemental documents such as my naturalization certificate and passport. Would a colored photocopy suffice?
- How long did the Medical examination took for both day 1 and 2?
- Is my mom considered as a legal guardian to accompany my daughter in her medical?
Thank you all in advance.

My husband and I want my mom to come to the US. However, my mother is not sure whether she would like to stay here for good. Would a tourist visa be better than an application for legal permanent residency (green card)? Also, in terms of cost, how much will it cost to get a tourist visa VS petition her to come here and what are the other pros and cons of one over the other?

Hi to all, I am currently in an unfortunate position. I will be having my citizenship interview on the 23rd of this month. I just found out today that we were issued a notice of infraction for running a red light. We have a spare car that we rarely use, and I have not driven for years. Since COVID, my father-in-law who is an elderly person has been using our car and he is the one who got the violation. I am concern that since the vehicle is registered under our name [myself and husband] that this violation will affect my citizenship. I made a copy of the notice and planned to disclose this during my interview. However, my father-in-law won t be paying the fine yet. The due date is April 27, 2021. Will it be fine that the fee will not be paid before my interview date?
