Resources to study for N-400?

According to USCIS, my wife has about a 4 month window before her N-400 interview. She's worried about the citizenship quiz.

I gave her applications to go through the questions, but now she's asking me for resources to study that information (as opposed to just learning the answers).

Does anyone know of a resource I can give her?

Thanks in advance.

How to respond to a 221g joint sponsor when using assets.

As the petitioner, my spouse s visa was approved after responding to a 221(g) request for a joint sponsor. However, a joint sponsor was not provided because we qualified based on assets, as originally submitted. All supporting documents including bank statements, brokerage account details, and the house deed (with no mortgage) were uploaded alongside the I-864 Affidavit of Support.
In our response to the 221(g), we included a cover letter with a clear and concise explanation of the total asset value. It is important to note that consular officers are not accountants; they do not typically analyze bank or brokerage statements in detail. Instead, they primarily focus on income as reported on tax returns, as it provides a straightforward way to assess financial eligibility.
During the visa interview, the Filipino consular officer at Window 60 refused to discuss assets. He was dismissive and told my spouse to leave, stating that he was too busy to review the asset documentation.

ADVICE FOR PETITIONERS QUALIFYING ON ASSETS:
If you are using assets instead of income to meet the financial requirements, clearly explain your assets in simple terms. Use Part 11 (Additional Information) on the I-864 to provide a direct breakdown of your asset values. Additionally, cite the relevant sections of the guidelines that explain how assets can be used to qualify. This ensures clarity and reduces the chances of a misunderstanding or dismissal by the reviewing officer. Interview: Jan 22, 2025 Qualifying on assets. Refused 221g Joint Sponsor.
Jan 22, 2025 Submitted 221g documents at VAC with a simplified explanation of assets and citing the relevant sections of the guidelines that explain how assets can be used to qualify.
March 25th, 2025 Visa Issued.

Schedule embassy appointment without letter?

I've seen some comments posted saying that if you wait until your fiance receives the physical letter from the embassy, you've wasted time. It seems they suggest that you try to initiate the embassy appointment scheduling as soon as you have the actual NVC case number. I don't see a topic directly addressing this, so I spun up a new/dedicated question here. Should you begin generating the statement of income form and go through the scheduling process (Manila here for example) without waiting for the letter? Is there an art to this to avoid being too early? Thanks in advance.

"T3 Flying Requirements" (see image) impacting i-130 application? Also touring to other countries?

Hi,

See image. US Citizen and sponsor here. Some questions:

1) Will this slip of paper impact the i-130 processing in any way? My Filipina wife, the benificiary, received this slip pre-marriage, before we met, because she traveled to Thailand on a tourist visa, but because COVID hit, she was not able to travel back to her home country (there were no flights). As a result, in order to survive in Thailand during those years she had to work in Thailand. Thus, when she tried to travel again about two years later, she received this slip. Do I need to do extra steps? Or is this slip implying my wife is banned from getting a Spousal Visa since it only gave her two options...or?

2) What is the likelihood that my wife and I will be able to have our vacation to China this May with this T3 slip, and in light of her history (see above)?

3) I am personally confused about a section of this slip. See #2 on the right column. As a US Citizen, will I still need an Overseas Employment certificate and a Work Visa if I'm trying to tour with my Filipina wife in China? Why would I need a Work Visa if I'm simply touring?

4) On the right column, is the "Affidavit of Support" simply a letter stating my relationship with my wife and why we are traveling? Or is this Affidavit of Support regarding proof of my, the beneficiary's, income?

Thanks for answering these questions in advance!
