In travel.state.gov website, they have provided us information regarding K1 visas issued per month. This is very convenient to us K1 visa filers. But I cannot find anywhere in this same website for NOA1 issued. Can someone jump in and provide us a link to where we can find the info. This will greatly alleviate all of us post covid K1 filers. Thanks in advance,

My wife lost (we've looked everywhere and can't find it) her Certificate of Naturalization. Going through the form N-565 online it asks for Original document from USCIS, which we don't have. It also asks for Evidence of your lost, stolen, or destroyed document - again, we don't have a copy of the original. Lastly it asks for Additional evidence you want to provide, would this simply be a written statement that the certificate is lost and we don't have a copy? Thanks in advance!

I already filed the I-130 months ago for my spouse abroad. That form did not require any arrest/court history. The I-129F does, it seems, even if you are filing it for the K-3 visa. So, the question is, if I am filing the I-129F now, with the pending I-130, do I still need to attach any arrest/court history to the I-129F? It's not required for the I-130, so seems weird it would be required when filling out the I-129F for the K-3 visa. I am aware the I-129F for K-3 will almost 100% be closed/rejected/whatever. Since they'll probably just see that the I-129F is for the K-3 and ditch it, should I just leave the history out of it? It won't make it far enough for a background check anyway.

Hello, I am trying to register two IR2 visa holders for this. They are asking for the following: 1. Valid Passport; - we have this. 2. Valid Visa or Visa Grant Notice; - we have this 3. Valid ID; - can we use the passports? (they are minors aged 14 and 10). 4. Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR for Canada-bound migrants); and - Contract (for EB3 visa). - Visa grant notice (page showing visa class for NZ and Australia bound migrants). - what should we use for the United States? I have heard of the Immigrant Data Summary, but we never received this. 5. Additional requirements for Minor registration (12 and below). - birth certificate; and - biological parent's valid ID. - If not biological parents, submit SPA/notarized authorization letter of proxy other than the biological parents, and proxy's valid ID with photo and signature. - the children are illegitimate so can we only use the mother's valid ID - she is also the petitioner.

We filed our Form I-751 today. Application was sent to Chicago via Fedex. Which service center does this belong to? Or would I know the service center handling my application after receipt of NOA from USCIS? Thank you!
