Car Insurance - Borrowed car

So I am traveling to the Philippine in a couple weeks. My Fiance sold her vehicle to a friend who has graciously agreed to allow us to use the vehicle while I am there (I did help pay the registration of the car). As far as I can tell they only have liability insurance on the car as that is what is required. I want to get a temporary policy for the car during my visit so if something were to happen I would be covered and not on the hook to pay for damages. Driving there is so much more chaotic than here in the US.

So anyone have an idea on how to go about getting a comprehensive insurance plan on this vehicle for the time I will be there?

I am a permanent resident in the US. I have petitioned for wife about 2 years ago. My wife has been documentary qualified over 1 year already. I can't remember off hand but something expired I had to resubmit my affidavit of support and had to make another payment. I was wondering why I needed to make another payment since we were in a pandemic and it was NVC's and US Embassy's fault for the delays if they wanted to point fingers. It's been about 6 months and my wife US still waiting for her interview. What if it goes over a year again and something else expires and they will need me to make another payment? First of all did I need to make the payment when it first expired? And second do I need to make another payment if it expires again in the next 6 months? Sorry I forgot what it was that expired and what I paid for. I'll do a follow up when there are replies. Thank you.

WHICH IS BETTER K1 VISA OR CR1 VISA?

My fiance and I got engaged on May 31, 2022. We've been together for 3.5 years already. We are planning to apply for K-1 visa but we are not sure anymore since the Philippine US Embassy has so many backlogs. Based on what we saw from the timelines here in visajourney, it would take about 1.5 to 2 years before we can be together. So, we are contemplating if the K-1 visa is better or should we just try the CR1 visa because it was said that this visa is given more priority by the US Embassy. But at the same time, CR1 visa is a difficult process and my fiance does not have a lot of break from his full time work to be able to go through the marriage process and everything.

I hope you can share your opinions as to what is the best for us. Thank you.

(Our story: I am 23 Filipina and my fiance is 22 US citizen. We have been together for 3.5 years and have met 3 times (May 2019, Dec 2019, & May 2022). My fiance works as a full time manufacturing engineer and he is still completing his degree of Mechanical Engineering. His salary is above the poverty guideline for 2 person household. We do not have previous marriages, no children of our own and no criminal record.)

IRS TAX RETURN REQUIRED ON I-129F PACKET OR NOT?

My fiance and I got engaged on May 31, 2022. We've been together for 3.5 years already. We are planning to apply for K-1 visa but we are not sure about the financial documents needed. My fiance is still in college but he was offered a full time work just this June 2022. His salary is above the poverty guideline for 2 person household. Although he did work for the same company for over a year already, he was working as an intern (salary still above the poverty guideline) which does is not considered as stable income. So, we are contemplating whether his recent income tax transcript is accepted or not?

Additionally, I have researched on numerous sites and testimonials as well as the USCIS site, whether tax return transcript should be included when submitting the I-129F packet. The USCIS website did not include the IRS tax return in the list of documents to be submitted with the I-129F packet. But some other articles says that it should be included. We are thinking we can apply for the Visa if the IRS tax return is required only on my interview date. Because by then, it will be after a few months or over a year and he will be able to file a recent tax return with his full time job. We are really confused about this, I hope someone can help me clarify this confusion. Thank you so much.
