US Immigration from Philippines

Got my Filipina wife here to US last year on a GC and we already have 2 babies born here (1 month and 13 months). We have our hands full and are getting no sleep.

We would like to bring her sister and her sister's daughter (16) here to help with the babies. Ideally for a few years at least. Three questions:

What visa type would we apply for?
Who is the petitioner? Me, the US Citizen, or my wife, the GC holder?
Is the wait time longer than getting my wife here (that was about 1.5 years)?

Just curious if it's possible to make a visa interview appointment for my K2 children as group/group scheduling to save one slot of interview date. My mistake that i used my old account and enter my eldest son's information and now i can't add his siblings for them to have one confirmation for their interview. The earliest date has 1 slot left and there 3 K2's. Just wondering. Thank you!

We are in the process of getting my wife's passport renewed in her married name as to avoid complications on a trip we plan to take next year. Unfortunately, due to how long it's taking for processing, she will not have her new green card before we travel and so we are considering getting an I-551 stamp on her new passport once we get it. Not sure how long it takes to renew a passport with the Philippines Consulate, or how long the wait is to get an I-551 stamp, but we are having a hard time getting straight-forward information on what is needed to get a stamp. Is the Notice of Action extending my wife's green card while we wait needed for the stamp? If so, will they accept a photocopy if we've misplaced the original? What struggles/obstacles might I face in trying to get this done. Any stories and advice are much apprecaited.

I flaked on my name change during my interview as it will take longer for an oath ceremony. I want to revert back to my maiden name and I was hoping if anyone can help me. TIA!

I just want to revert back to my maiden name. I asked SSA if my notice of judgment of dissolution will suffice for a name change to revert back to my maiden and they are okay with it so long as I was issued a SSN using my maiden name prior. The naturalization certificate will have my married name. I was wondering if I should make the SSA and DMV changes first then the passport? I'm concerned that my certificate of naturalization won't match the names.
