Hi guys, I just have a question but I don t know if it s the right forum to ask this. Btw I m from the Philippines and came into the US thru fiance visa in 2013 and became a US citizen in 2019. My question is since now I m a US citizen does it mean I m not a Filipino citizen anymore? I know it sounds stupid to ask this question but it bothers me coz I don t know if I m still filipino citizen. Thanks, hope someone can enlighten me..

Thanks,

Hello VJ, fast forward to 3:35. she is saying from noa1 to noa2 is 4 to 6 months.

In your website, it says 5 to 7 months. which is the most current?

From noa1 to noa2 is the most tedious timeline. With the exemptions of rfe , after noa2 its all downhill correct?

My noa1 is approaching 6 months old , what should I do at this point?

Name Change - Philippines

On the I-130 there is a place in the evidence that asks to show Proof of legal name change. We did the Utah Online Wedding the other day and there isn't anything in the marriage certificate that specifically states her name is changing. Also since we did the Utah wedding so we have to process the ROM before she can legally change her name in the Philippines. Once the ROM is done she is free to change her name in accordance to Philippine law with the fathers last name as her middle and take my last name.

The simple question is do we need to show anything else beside the marriage cert to show Proof of legal name change? I am guessing I just add the marriage cert to this section as well.
