Hello, anyone got the same situation as mine before? got interviewed last tuesday USEM Manila (april 4, IR2) and it went well until the end of the interview, I got a 221g white letter. CO asked for a joint sponsor and its documents. In the letter it is asking me to upload those docs at CEAC before mailing it to the courier. But the only option is uploading it through my petitioner's additional documents since the option to add joint sponsor is long gone. My question is, is it okay to upload it through petitioner's additional docs AND how long will this process usually take? I know this is a case to case basis, but for those who had the same situation before, any response is appreciated :)

Hey Everyone, We are down to the last 10 days. Aiza's interview is on Monday April 17 at 0730. My question is how early should we arrive? I'm thinking maybe 6:30. She's thinking 4:30, but that's a pretty typical Filipino "fall in Line" thing. Any thoughts, experience? Thanks. Dave

Hello! Yesterday, April 5th, I went to my N400 interview, passed, and took the oath at the same day. It was worth the 3 hour drive from Pensacola to Montgomery. We were up early for my 8 AM appointment, slept in the parking space to wait for the oath ceremony at 11:30 AM and was home by 4 PM. We celebrated by taking home some Popeye's chicken! Last night, I finished the petition for my mom online. And today, I applied for my U.S. passport. Thank you for all the help and support from this community!

Hello, My fianc is a US citizen petitioner who is estranged from his father. He only knows his first and last name. He does not know his middle name, birth place, and area of residence. His mother has passed away, and nobody else in his life knows about his father. On his I-129F, is he allowed to write "unknown" on the appropriate spaces, or is it more appropriate to use "N/A?" This might sound like a silly question, sorry. The instructions on the I-129F don't seem to mention using "unknown" as a response. Edit: Is "unknown" more correct to use than "N/A" in this situation?

Hi, we are planning to get married in the Philippines. Does anyone have what requirements I need to get Married. I have a list of requirements and all the documentation to show I can marry. A required document "Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage for U.S. Citizens" is a form I filled it out and it needs to be norterized. I was told I need to go to the US Embassy but they didnt say why. Can anyone tell me what that is about and how long it will take for what ever they need to do? She got her Annulment finalized in Dec 22, we have been working to get all the documents signed and turned in to the proper offices since Jan. We hope to get the final decree this month so we can get married, then I will apply for her spouse visa, the application is ready to be sent in, I'm waiting for the annulament and wedding license. We have been engaged since Oct 19, 22, and have lived together for a year. I need to get back to the states for my summer job and my time is running out. This annulment has taken a lot longer than we had planned. Thanks for any information. Thank you Sincerely, Dan P.S. Once I get through this process, I will help others get through it. It has been a learning process.
