US Immigration from Philippines

I don't know where to ask but Im currently on a removal of conditional (I1751). So, My previous GC i had my maiden name and now Im changing to my married, however my passport this entire time has been changed as my married.

We are going on a cruise and my MIL asking me these info and im confuse if I use my maiden or married? The family cruise will be next year Feb 2026, she asked my passport name or any legal name of any legal ID i think/ atleast what i think. I don't know if my question make sense.

Should I give her my what's in my maiden name? what about my passport that has a married to it? Any other documents need to bring verify everything?

What does anyone know about the process of getting married in the Philippines? There's no CENOMAR here, so how do you prove that you're eligible for marriage? Does PSA accept scanned copies and emails for filing? It's nearly impossible to send something to the Philippines in my experience. I saw there's a premarital counseling requirement. Can that be done by video call? Would it be acceptable to have your Filipina fianc e act as a Power of Attorney so she could sign on my behalf? If I have to be present to originally sign everything, it looks like it could take 6-8 weeks between all the different filings at the different agencies. Who has that kind of time?

How do people go to the beaches and get married? There's a lot of that.

I apologize if this has already been mentioned in another context, but I haven't seen a relevant thread yet.

I filed form I-129F in December 2024, and I check my case status daily with a paid service that collates data from other cases. In the past few days, the number of cases between mine and "the front of the line" has hardly shifted; it has moved on the order of 10 cases per day. Additionally, the service I use has a banner that states that "USCIS has paused movement at the front of the line." I'm currently somewhere in the ballpark of 4,500 cases from the front of the line, so at the current rate of processing, my case would be processed well over a year from now (after already waiting five to six months). The estimated processing date for my case slips backward each time I log in to check my case status.

The service I use has a "current wait time" histogram, and in recent days, it's changed from a right-skewed distribution with a peak around six months to a bimodal or uniform distribution spanning six to ten months.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with their case? Does anyone know the cause of the recent slowdown, and is it a temporary measure or a signal of a shift in policy or strategy?

I'm waiting processing on a concurrent I-130 and I-485 filing. I want to send in an I-765 to go with it. Do I need to send this to the Chicago Lockbox where I sent my original concurrent filing? Or should I send it to the Missouri address on my Receipt Notices, i.e. NBC U.S. Citizenship and Immigration, Lee's Summit, MO? Thanks for the help!
