US Immigration from Philippines

Hello, In 2011 I petitioned a Filipina on a fiance' visa, got married, did conditional GC, then 10-year GC but got divorced in 2015. She had been working most of the time since then but has had medical problems (had a brain tumor and 2 surgeries of stage 3 or 4 cancer) and has gotten on Medicare. She met another guy a few years ago and has been living with him since but now they're having problems.

I recently contacted her, because I was checking her status because of my current I-130 with my new wife. I figured she was married and already had her citizenship but to my surprise she had not. She also informed me that she has been receiving $2-300 a month public assistance.

Now I'm wondering how this can or will affect my filing of the NVC AOS paperwork going forward.

I'm currently at the NVC stage with current wife filling out I-864. I have been unemployed since 2010 and on VA disability and ssdi.

I'm wondering if my income of $25k ssdi (which is on my taxes) and $47k (which is not taxable) will work on my current wife's Visa?

I also have no Co-sponsor available to me, but have about $94k in different bank accounts.

Will I have any problems going forward? I don't think she had received too much in cash aid, but got Medicare and medical on 2 brain surgeries.

Any help with advice would be greatly appreciated.

My wife has a permanent residence card and has been in the USA since 2020. Soon she will take her citizenship test. We would like for her mother in the Philippines to come and help her while she is pregnant and giving birth. The mother is indigent and has no strong financial or professional ties to the Philippines. Is there any avenue we can explore to get the mother a visa to come live with us during this pregnancy?

Good day everyone.My son had his interview last wed in manila embassy under IR2 .I missed to send him our marriage cert and and marriage document as his parents.I know my carelessness to miss that.The IO instructed my son to upload the required docs thru CEAC and send thru passport thru LBC.Will he just send his passport after we have downloaded the required docs to CEAC.Can we send the passport the next day after we have uploaded it?Please anyone advise.Thank you so much.

Hello how long doest take for interview? We wer dq feb 2023?

On the I-130 it says "Provide the address in the United States where the beneficiary intends to live". I currently live in a small studio unit, before they arrive I will move to an appropriate sized house. As the "address where the beneficiary intends to live" does not exist yet, I just put my current address. Is there something else I should do? Are there any future complications that will arise from this?
