Good morning! I am inquiring for my wife about applying for Citizenship. When can we start the process for the application? She has been a Permanent Resident for a little over two years now. Thank you so much.....

Hello, I am the beneficiary of my US fiance's petition and currently reside in my homeland. I've heard that scanned signatures are acceptable on filing the I-129F petition. Since giving my wet signatures to my fiance will mean going through the hassle of international mailing, I considered emailing him my scanned signature instead. As far as I know, the letter of intent to marry is the only required document for me to sign. But to be extra sure I also consider signing the proof of in-person meeting compilation. My question is this: is it acceptable to only use one scanned signature for all documents moving forward, or will that be ethically wrong? Is it recommended that I provide a new signature for each document to sign?

Hi All, I need help on what to do at this point. My mom had her medical exam done on January 23rd, 2023 but she had to do the sputum test so I had to cancel her first interview appointment. Yesterday, she had her immunization which means that she is good to go for the interview but the first available appointment I saw online is on July 6th, 2023 which is the same day her medical exam expires. I called the embassy and they said that the interview is not guaranteed on that day due to that. Please, I need help on what to do. Is there a possibility that there will be an earlier appointment if I keep on checking? Anybody who experienced this kind of situation? Please I don't want my mom to do another medical exam. Thank you!

Good day VJ! We will file our children's AOS after admitting as K2 follow to join. I'm a little bit confused what exactly is the fee for K2 aged 10,7 and 6? I read somewhere the USCIS changed the fees again. Thank you if anyone here can answer my question. Carin
