US Immigration from Philippines

HELLO. I am new here and WE JUST GOT OUR APPROVAL NOTICE LAST WEEK BUT WE HAVE A PROBLEM. MY NOA 1 and NOA 2 got my name wrong. Its mispelled. they type my middle initial name wrong. Wrong spelling. What should we do? K1 here

I am the beneficiary of an ongoing I-129F petition. We are on the waiting phase after receiving our NOA1. The embassy interview will be on Manila and is a dozen months away, but I'm concerned about a few things.

My fianc and I are both male. I am Filipino and he is American. When the petition was filed, I was 19 (now 20) and my fianc is 41. I was unemployed (now still looking) and he has a stable job. The interviewer must find at least one of these things as red flags: same sex, age gap, third world country.

My fianc and I have been together for a year before becoming engaged and our love is genuine. This should be enough to ease my thoughts, but I can't help but worry.

How will the US embassy in Manila see my case? Is my chance of getting a denial high? What precautions should I take? (If anyone has a similar case as mine I'd be grateful to hear your experience.)

Her mom has been my wife here for 7 years as of July, 2023. My wife has been a naturalized citizen for over 3 years now. I'm a born US citizen, 100% VA disabled. My wife's an LPN for the Army., civilian employee. She got her daughger here 6 months ago and wants to get a US passport for the kid. The kid's dad is a doper-flake in Manila and cant be found to sign a consent form to let our daughter have a US passport. The government in Phills is a disaster. I've got a passport form DS5525- (08-2016,) that has some outlines for how we can claim that we made various attempts to contact the guy and get his consent, My wife claims that HE doesn't know where he is most of the time. They were never married. After the first year of the kid's life, he just abandoned them. So is there some way that I can bypass trying to get a court order out of some Philippine court, which might well take years? Thanks.

Hi, finally got the annulment decree. We are planning to marry May 20th in the Philippines. She has two job offers in the US starting this summer and I have a residence in the Philippines and another in the US. From what I understand the embassy could accept to process our I-130. How do I ask the embassy if they would process our visa?

after DQ, still waiting for further instructions/information, how do you schedule cfo / slec physical? would like to get them out of the way if possible.

CFO: registered, and got an email now which is asking us to send some documents including the visa - should we, in lieu of the actual visa, submit an explanation that our case is heading to the embassy now and hope that will suffice? i've seen it said multiple times that some people have gotten the cfo done prior to visa on hand but not sure how to get around the visa document requirement.

SLEC: seems to let us register and book an appointment, but again, no visa on hand. don't want to get to manila just to be turned away by the guard...website says visa is a required document too...
