US Immigration from Philippines

My mother in law has her B-2 visa in the Philippines. She is 82 years old. Once she is here, what is the process to go from a B-2 Visa to Immigrant/Green Card? My wife is a US Citizen. What guides show the step-by-step process? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I adopted my daughter at 19 years old. she's now 22 and is in the process of applying for citizenship.

would she apply for a N-400? My wife and my daughter had been living here in the US since 2016. they're now only applying for the citizenship. But we processed our daughter's adoption when she was 19.

Hi all, I just had a quick question about income requirements for the Affidavit of Support. Currently I'm waiting for my wife's interview in the Philippines and I wanted to take a day or 2 off work. I don't get paid time off so it would be an income loss. A few months from now if she has the interview will this be a problem when showing updated paystubs? From what I understand you only have to show the last few right?

My interview was June 20.24. It was smooth when I was talking to the physician then he asked if I had tried marijuana since I thought I had tried it since 2014 and I answered yes. then I was sputum when I came back, I asked the 5th floor what form I had to fill out. That's when I found out that it was for a psych evaluation, the physcian didn't even advise me that I required the psychologist. The only question is, if I did something wrong, the psychologist answered my automatic ban. I am very worried. I hope you can answer my question, thank you very much :(

Im so excited I sent off my I-129f forms etc Monday 24th of June, Im nervous and biting my finger nails off. But Now I also want to know that we have 90 day to marry when she gets here and I live in Arizona USA, Can we go to Canada to get married or do we have to stay here in USA to marry. She has a son and daughter in law who live in Canada and it is very important to me as well as her for them to be with us during the time we get married.
