US Immigration from Pakistan

Dear All,

History of my case is : - The I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) was recieved to USCIS on December 23, 2014.

Request for Additional Evidence from USCIS was recived on September 24, 2020.

Response on the request for Additioanl Evidence was received to USCIS on November 30, 2020.

The Request for Additional Evidence states that the decision on case will be taken within 60 days after the receipt date of response which is November 30, 2020. Now, more than 100 days have been passed but now decision has been taken by USCIS as seen on the case status tool. Is there any one else here facing same situation. Is this delay natural or because of COVID-19? What can we do to highlight the delay in decision to USCIS.

Had interview of I-130 completed in Islamabad, same day I checked my case and it is in administrative processing. Officer gave me an approval paper and said your approved but how did the case end up in Administrative Processing?? Has anyone else had similar situation?

Hi everyone, since the immigration ban is over, in last 2 weeks Case Last updated date is changing. Is this mean embassy is touching our case? They are working on it? Please kindly help. Thanks

Hi. I want some help. My cr1 case is in last stage. Embassy mail me for medical and visa photos. I make an appointment for medical at the end of march and already send my visa photos to embassy. But from last week me and my wife fight so bad. Now I don't want to go US. We decided to divorce. Please tell me how I will end my visa process please.

When will start US embassy at Islamabad start interviewing for EB2 immgrant visa? Got email from NVC for DQ. Any idea about waiting time?
