I am filling out w7 form for ITIN number and I wanted to know what I need to send with the form

Hello, any one experienced that embassy replies in midnight like 3 am or 4 am.

P.S - My case is in AP for last 2.5 years F4 category.

Unexpectedly our ceac status shows ready from the beginning.

help needed on midnight replies I am worried.

HI everyone i had an interview in islamabad embassy yesterday march 18 2021, the interview went well but at the end the CO asked if i lived anywhere other than pakistan which i did, i told hime i lived in London he asked for the original police certificate from UK which i applied for on 24 Feb 2021 but got delayed in the post so the CO told me to submit the certificate when i get it and post the passport along with the certificate, he said i don't have to come again for an interview just post the certificate when i get it along with my passport and we will process the case further, i got the certificate after 30minutes of my interview and i posted the certificate along with my passport as instructed. is it a good sign or bad? any help would be much appreciated.

We recently got an RFE for I-944 (and birth certificate because they seem to have lost it), and we submitted it three days before I-944 was officially canceled.

Since we submitted everything by mail, we do not have any login to check status. Is there a way to do this? Sorry if this sounds like a silly question.

History of my case is : - The I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) was recieved to USCIS on December 23, 2014.

Request for Additional Evidence from USCIS was recived on September 24, 2020.

Response on the request for Additioanl Evidence was received to USCIS on November 30, 2020.

The Request for Additional Evidence states that the decision on case will be taken within 60 days after the receipt date of response which is November 30, 2020. Now, more than 100 days have been passed but now decision has been taken by USCIS as seen on the case status tool. Is there any one else here facing same situation. Is this delay natural or because of COVID-19? What can we do to highlight the delay in decision to USCIS.
