US Immigration from Pakistan

I filed my petition back in feb 2020 and noticed a .tif file on my uscis website. I noticed that the documents i sent in are scanned but they seemed to have left the pictures and some evidence out (or haven't scanned them). Am i suppose to see photocopies of everything i sent in? Can anyone who filed an i130 look in their documents tab and see if all their documents were scanned and uploaded?

I am From Pakistan and living in Pakistan my wife is American my interview is coming after some days everything is going smooth in our case but for interview day i have a question we have a age gap relationship my wife is older than me . We have screenshots of our daily conversation we have alot of evidence but i am lil bit scared about age gap so what is the best answer to satisfied the consular... Any good advice please i will be very grateful. Thank you

With the essential documents, the USCIS states that some of the documents shown in the picture are to be submitted with the i130 form too. What I wanted to ask that is it essential to submit at least one of these? or can we just skip them all together. Because since my to-be wife is in USA and I am here in Pakistan we can't produce anything apart from the "Affidavits by the third parties". Is it necessary to submit it?

Hi VJ family members

I'm living in Ireland since 2017 and my wife is USC.we got married in 8 July 2018.

She applied cr1 visa and we got approved on

19 May 2021.

Our 2nd Marriage Anniversary is after exactly 30 days from today.

We decided to wait and get ir1 visa at poe.

My question is that My Ireland visa is going to be expired on 7 July 2021.

Exactly one day before 2nd Marriage anniversary.

We already book a ticket for 12 July 2021.

I'm travelling from Ireland to usa .

Is my expired Ireland visa is going to be an issue at poe???

My husband applied for form i-130 in October 2020, I was supposed to get a response on may 22nd but I didn't.

I was thinking if I apply for visit visa to visit my husband in USA, will I get the visit visa or does it effect my case? Please guide.
