Hi!

I like doing this for my own peace of mind. I am about ready to put my husband's AOS packet in the envelope to send out in the mail tomorrow. I wanted to do one last check to make sure I've included everything. Could someone please verify? (Because my 3 times isn't good enough for my anxiety LOL) And to confirm, I send the envelope to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120, correct?

Hello! My husband and I are very close to filing his adjustment of status paperwork, but I am a little confused on whether or not we need to complete and send in the I-693. It s been less than a year since his medical and his vaccinations are marked Complete.

Issues getting in touch with USCIS

We need our online access codes to add the paper-filed I 130's to our My USCIS account. Our case was received May 20th and we've only received the notice.

Tried filling out e- request, but that requires an address in the US - we don't live in the states. Tried sending a message, but that only allows for account questions.

Tried Emma to get sent new ones or talk to representative. Tried calling, automatic voice refuses to put me in touch with representative, hanging up on me lol

So how can I get in touch with a representative, any tricks?

The new legislation attached to the budget would prohibit DHS from using any funds to deny / hinder applicants due to cannabis use .

So are we on the cusp of people who were once found inadmissible will be able to apply without the cannabis issue coming into play?

Hi,

we filed our I-130 the 4/3-21, got notified it was processing at Nebraska and the copy we got in the mail also said Nebraska down in the left corner.
3 weeks ago we asked a representative where our case was and he said Nebraska. Last week we asked and he said that it was at Texas Service Center and had been there since 4/3. Then today we popped in to ask (for fun I guess), and they said it was at Potomac Service Center and had been there since 4/3.
we are so confused. Does anyone know why they move them so much? It seems like there is no consistency on where it is anymore. The processing times are also so different!
