US Immigration from Nigeria

Hello everyone, pls i need help, i summited my mom i130 last year got approved in April and our case has been sent to NVC which require us to submit some document. Will NVC accept affidavit of a loss marriage certificate and affidavit of birth certificate. My second question is, i am the petitioner and i will be using my household income which is basically for my spouse because i am presently not working, which of the form do we need to fill out, the i1864 or i1864a for me the petitioner and i1864a for my spouse. pls help. Thanks

Good day all, i went for my spousal visa interview in Lagos Nigeria, during my interview the consular officer returned all my original documents, But he held on to my wife and co sponsored Tax papers and W2 . passport was returned as well, he gave me a white slip 221g which he ticked the box that indicated passport on the paper, he told me i have to go through A.P when they are through they will get back to me through my email address .. please what is my faith? And how long to wait

Please if you re filing form I-130 and there are questions that doesn t apply to you, your spouse or your case. What should you do? Leave it blank or what?

Secondly, if your US citizen spouse is in the military, does it help to fasten your case?

Hello, I hope someone that has been in this situation can help me. I'm trying to add my husband on my taxes from this year and the year before however; he doesn't have a US Social Security number he only has his NINm (National Identification Number) from Nigeria. My tax guy who is really good and has been doing my taxes for a while now tried to add him and he says that the number he gave me is too long it has two extra numbers on it and there's no way that he can file him on my taxes. I' m just trying to add him and put that I am married on my taxes so that when we go up for his interview we won't have any delays or issues. Can anyone help me with this? Or has anyone had this issue before?
