US Immigration from Nigeria

Thank you all for the help/support. I started this immigration journey, not knowing anything or where to start but everything changed for good when I stumbled upon this website. Never paid any lawyers yet and I haven t had any problems throughout my journey. I appreciate you all.

I am getting ready to start the citizenship process and I would like to know when to submit.I came to the U.S in May of 2019 but I have been a PR since 1/23/2020. (As shown on my green card) I live in DE, do you guys know where our applications go?. I mean like field offices etc and how long will this take from starting to the end?.

I m filing under the 3 yr rule.

Am about to fill my affidavit of support but I don't have most recent year tax return ,I filled for extension what can I do

I was recently granted US citizenship, and we have done the swearing in. I am trying to file n-600 for my 13 y.o daughter. Can I use my USCIS account to file or does she need to create a separate account?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and have a few questions. I would really appreciate the help.

I just got married to my wife we are currently filing for my adjustment of status. I'm currently on an F-1 visa and currently don't work. my questions are:

1. Would I need a joint sponsor for the form I-864 as my wife earns over 100k and she is the petitioner?

2. I have an employment letter for after graduation come next year. Is it okay to add this to my supporting documents for form I-765?

2. My wife and I are looking to travel to Nigeria next year summer for our traditional and church wedding and my F1 visa expires before then. Is it advisable to apply for the form I-131 travel document?

Hello, if USCIS informed you that your interview was waived how long did it take to recieve your greencard? We were informed our interview was waived and I am just trying to get an idea how long it takes to get approved. Thanks.
