Will IR2 visa application be affected by marriage dissolution after being Documentarily Qualified and waiting for Interview Letter?

My step mom is the Petitioner in my IR2 case. Something went wrong between my stepmom and my Dad and now they are divorced.

What is my fate? Will I be denied the opportunity of joining my father in the USA or what can my father do at this point? He is still very unhappy that he lost his marriage despite the fact that he s got 10years green card.

To all the fathers and mothers here kindly advise on what to do. I will appreciate.

I just got married September 3, 2022. We had been dating for almost 5 years. How many screenshots (ie. per month of the relationship) of text conversations should I compile to submit for evidence with my i130 application? We had only seen each other twice during this time period. I do have photos, travel itinerary and receipts saved from my visits to his country. My husband is not in the US currently and he doesn't have a visa.

Hi Guys, I need your help no matter how little it is. I am an LPR in the United States, a Nigerian, a newly Wed. My husband is currently on a student visa in Europe due to his masters. We ve been away for 8months and we re looking for a way he can come visit me for the Christmas holiday and then go back after spending a week or 2 with me. We really don t know if it is a good idea for him to apply and he ll b granted, we don t even know where to start from, should he apply, should he not? We just got married in Jan and ve been away since March, is it a good idea for him to apply and not get refused? Can he apply for a Tourist visa or?

We got Case ready from NVC since July 25th of this year, and we got instructions on August 2nd to go ahead and pay the DS-160 and MRV fee, and ever since nothing yet from embassy. We had to cancel interview dates found in August because they refuse to give us the instructions packet. We keep emailing them since August and they have the same response of wait for further instructions it s September ending now and still nothing from them. We ve tried expediting by sending them emails but still no progress. Beneficiary is in Nigeria. My biggest fear is finding another date and having to cancel again. Has anyone ever experienced this? Please what do you suggest we do?
