thanks for that , but do we file another i130 seperately for her , and no my spouse is not the biological mother ,her mom is late -
this is my question, my daughter is 6 years old and i want asked does she need a visa to enter the state with me because i will like to take her with me..... what does i have to do any help will be useful

No she is in usa we haven’t meet in person before but know other for years but get serious last year

Yeah through Utah, yes she is us citizen and we met in Dubai after the wedding

We haven’t meet in person before but we have know each other for 4 years but she couldn’t travelled because of medical reasons Yes we did because it was done through an immigration lawyer

We meet May in Dubai for our honeymoon and she will be here this month but we already process our paperwork august
