US Immigration from Nigeria

Filling for my husband and we have been DQ since April, pls what is the time frame for visa interview for those in the same situation.

Please can someone tell me how long it's taking for lagos consulate to schedule interview after being documentarily qualified from what I'm seeing here it looks as if it's taking a whole yr to get an interview

Hello Fam. Please any idea on how long it takes the USCIS to approve form I-130 online spousal visa and move it to NVC stage. What's the minimum and maximum wait time?

After being on pause for 221g refusal our Medical report expired / last week the embassy sent a letter saying we need to update the medical report and sent the passport back saying to resubmit it after the physician confirms that the embassy has received the medical report

THIS IS SO EXHAUSTING - our interview was August 3, 2023 and we are still here in October

Hi all. So my 14 y.o daughter recently got her naturalization certificate and we discovered they had her country of birth wrong, and her middle name was spelt wrong as well. They had the right information in her Green card, and her Canadian birth certificate was submitted as part of the N-600. My wife was initially told that she just needed to go to a local court and swear an affidavit and then get back to them. Unfortunately, the local courts wouldn't do this and says it is purely an immigration matter. My question is since the mistakes came from USCIS, how do we go about having them correct the error. I might add that her Nigerian passport has the spelling of her middle name wrong but not the country of birth/citizenship which is Canada.
