I applied for K1 and the interview would be at Montreal Canada. My case says ready when i tracked it on the CEAC website. Do i need to wait for an email from the embassy or I can go ahead to fill the DS160 and schedule an appointment.

hello guys, i arrived in the US FEBRUARY 11 2021 on cr1 visa with 2 years conditional greencard, on november 11 2022 i applied to remove condition on my greencard, on march 2023 i recieved 4 years extenision letter from uscis.

whats the earliest filing for my citizenship?

Anyone get approved for January 2023 filers

I just received a RFE from uscis stating USCIS did not receive your immigrant packet from CBP, therefore you need to provide form I-693.
I can recall vividly, when I sent in the application I included a copy of my medical ( DS 3025 ), and all was done in less than 6 months I did the medicals.

What do I have to do at this time?

Note that I came in with K1.

I had my interview and got visa in hand two days after. Now, i'm prepping for my trip to the U.S, and want some insights on the following

1. I will like to bring with me a couple of inhalers (Ventolene) for my Spouse, maybe five but i'm wondering if 10 would be an overkill. It's cheaper down here than in the United States, so i'm of the thoughts if i will be allowed to bring them since i'm not the one with the condition. More-so, does it require a medical prescription?

2. I want to go on several road trips as soon as possible when i move to the States. What's the fastest way possible to get a driver licence? I will like to get one within a month of entrance , is that feasible ?
