US Immigration from Nigeria

I and my fiance received an rfe around July and I'm yet to respond. Now we have been having some challenges. They asked for a few several things which we provided and we just have one week to the deadline. My fianc is from Liberia and she's been requesting to get her divorce decree but after getting a Bill or Divorcement from the Civil Court the lawyer insisting on a divorce certificate. Please we need help. I attached the Divorce document we received from the court.

Hello everyone, Please I need help. We used to live in Cameroon but returned permanently back to Nigeria in 1992. I m a us citizen now, filed for my mom to come live with me in New York.

NVC wants me to provide police report which is called non-conviction certificate in Cameroon.
The issue is that I don t know how to get it because it s been more than 30 years we moved back to Nigeria. I tried explaining the situation to NVC, but they still insist I get it. Anything I could do? I need help

My family s case has been under administrative processing for 19 months, and the embassy has held their passports during this time. Recently, the case status changed from Refused to Ready for about a week, but there haven't been any further updates. Does anyone know what this means? If anyone has had a similar experience or understands what this might signal in the process, I would appreciate any insights or advice!

How do I resolve this problem pls? I have been unable to pay the iv fee via the NVC webiste for over 3months now.. the payment was rejected, and I have been unable to make another payment ever since. Bcos it keeps showing error, everytime I tried... I have submitted a compliant through the public enquiry.. and nothing has been done to resolve the problem.. its been 3months now .. pls I need a solution..

Can I reschedule my K1 visa interview for my fiance or is my case closed?

My fiance purposely ditched out on his K1 Visa interview claiming cold feet

He did not notify me or the embassy until after the interview date that he had done so.
I am so hurt to say the least. But I still want to be with him.
