US Immigration from Nigeria

I married a US Citizen in 2019. I gave her a purported customary divorce decree that she later investigated as being fake. I naturalized in 2024 after 3 year rule of being married to a us citizen. The us citizen spouse filed for annulment and was granted on bigamy. Before the annulment trial, I went back to my home country and divorced my first wife to have it in record. Can I still apply for my children abroad to come to US? The children abroad are from my first wife.

I'm a bit worried about my children (stepchildren). With the insecurity in the country of their abode, I'm very worried about their safety.

I am a US citizen, filed for my husband. He has his conditional greencard. We filed for condition removal early this year but he was given an extension. I feel this wouldn't enable him to be able to file for the children on time.

Can I file for them? I'm willing to start the process asap if I can.

Hello, Please does anyone knows how K2 follow to join is processed in Nigeria Petitioner(now wife) have requested for interview for kids through mail attached all necessary document we haven t heard back it s been 4 weeks ..we did a follow up last week noting out urgency cause the first child will age out Feb while the 1 year validity ends March. How long does it take for the USCIS to make a decision after sending in additional evidence to revise the notice of intent to revoke?
