I am winner of DV2022. I have 16 month old (as of Jan. 2022) Police Certificate from India and I didn't visited back there after receiving PCC. Should I get for new PCC in order to attend DV interview?

1. Do we have to write Petitioner's name/DOB and Benificiary's name/DOB on every single page of the supporting documentation you upload in the I-130 application online?

and how do I add that in a scanned document (pdf) if I don't have Adobe Pro? Sorry, not a computer savvy here..

2. For the presentation letter where you list the summary of the evidence docs, does it have to be formal with a short love story or simply "Dear Sir/Madam, below is the list of documents: ..."

I'm just wondering if i had to submit my wife's birthday certificate as i just filled for her the online i130 , knowing that the application did not show or gave me the option to apload her birthday certificate as the beneficiary , i just need someone s help to clarify this matter for me , thanks in. Which filing method of the I-130 most likely leads to its processing at the service center having jurisdiction over your home state?

Does the Affidavit per Part 5.A. Note (6) of the General Requirements of the I-130 Instructions need to be notarized? TIA
