US Immigration from Mexico

Hey Guys,

We just got notice that an interview was scheduled for the green card and I am gathering paperwork to prepare.

My Spouse and I completed the i-693 medical examination in February of 2021 which was before the form updated to show Covid-19 vaccine requirements. We have the sealed envelope and understand that it is valid for up to two years but I am wondering if we will need to re-do the exam and paperwork since the new form has the Covid-19 vaccine requirements. Does anyone know if we will need to re-do?

Im a US citizen currently in 3rd year of medical school in Mexico where I met my partner. I live on student loans + financial support from my family and thats how my partner and I have been mostly living on for the past 1.5 years. She has a job here and her income helps but i'm aware that once the visa is approved she wont be able to work stateside for a long time.

Will this present a problem at the stage of filling out the I-134 form as I don't have any income? Are we at risk of being denied a visa?

Hi! im from Mexico and my husband is a US citizen, we got married in Anchorage, Alaska a couple weeks ago and we're starting our process for Adjustment of Status.

We have been reading all the information and some cases that are available here however we have some questions I don't know if anyone here can help us or guide us in the right direction.

Im a US citizen currently in Mexico for medical school. Im about to start filling out the form I-129F but im not clear on how to pay the filling fee if im outside the US. The instructions only say to contact the nearest US Embassy or consulate for instructions on method of payment. Ive tried calling and going personally but nobody seems to know the payment method form outside the US. Is there any way to pay it from here in mexico or does it have to be from the US?
Any help/info is appreciated. Thank you

I had a quick question. Do I need to submit my divorce records (US Spouse), along with my Mexican spouses information under the IV
Application?
