US Immigration from Kenya

Hi VJ members , when I applied for my US passport I applied for my daughter too as she was below 18 of age, I submitted my NC , her green card and birthcertificate, I recieved my passport but didn't recieve hers or any of the documents, they didn't issue a passport for her, since Nov 25, 2020 till now we got nothing back, in October 2021 my daughter will apply for her naturalization , Can she apply for naturalization while her green card is still kept at National passport center, I believe that they lost all our documents, I called them many time, sent them emails and even sent them a return prepaid envelope to get our documents back but nothing till now. We know her Alien number and I have a photo copy of her green card, is that enough to apply or not.

Any ideas how starting the bankruptcy process while we wait for our interview? Has anyone seen them ask for updated forms due to the LONG DELAYS? Or will my spouse just go in with our current paperwork and just have those documents handy in case they ask? Also, we have a Co-sponsor, so does filing bankruptcy count less (so-to-speak) than if we didn't have a co-sponsor?

I'm in the K1 process waiting for interview dates for Nairobi Kenya.

I was denied a visitors visa 2 years ago and I'm nervous because I answered something wrongfully. I was asked if I have relatives in the US to which I answered NO. Truth is I do have a sister in the US . How badly with this affect my K1 embassy interview and how can I fix it? Thanks
