US Immigration from Kenya

My fiancee and I are both Muslim and would be doing an Islamic marriage ceremony. It seems to me that since the religious ceremony isn't recognized officially in either the US or my fiancee's country, it would be fine and shouldn't impact the k1 visa since it's not officially on record. I've come across articles and forums where some people say it's fine, while others say bit's not. The wedding hasn't happened yet and the thing is that she has already done her visa interview and they approved her visa. However, they haven't sent her passport back yet because they're doing administrative processing, which could take 90 days or more. So we figured we'd just have a religious ceremony in her country, and then we'll get officially married once her visa is approved.

Hello, I am wondering if you get your Visa approved a month or two before your 2nd anniversary, can you wait until after that anniversary passes and then travel to USA and get a 10 year green card instead of the 2 year card?

I myself I'm bamboozled by this...but is USCIS now starting to call petitioners to take fingerprints/biometrics? I've viewed the notice in question and can confirm that USCIS called the petitioner on his I-130 notice, to go for biometrics.

Is this the new norm?

As far as I know, only beneficiaries do biometrics.

I am a LPR , I currently filled for my spouse to join me, my PD is 8/17/21. I am a registered nurse, working with COVID patients. It draining and I really need some emotional support. I want to use that as a reason for expediate. can I call in to request for consideration, and if so how long should I wait after filling. Thank you.
