I filled Divoce but is not completed yet still in court, now I want to bring my girlfriend from Africa which I'm planning to marry after my Divoce went through. my question, Is can ok start process on filling her as my Fiance or do I need to wait until my Divoce is completed? Please I need advice

For the I-129F should we at the very least mention that we met on Tinder, instead of just saying we met online? If so do we also need to include Tinder's Term's & Conditions? Or does a simple statement from the Petitioner work by saying tinder is not IMB..?

Hello, My fianc and i are finishing writing our application. However, we've received multiple answers as-to if we should leave Not Applicable items empty or write "N/A"? Not sure if this will affect how the application is read by the reviewer or automated form reviewer.

. I had my interview in November 2021 (F2A). I was asked to wait for an email to do my medicals. Medicals done January 10th. Embassy emailed January 13th to request passport. Passport sent January 24th. Ceac status has been showing ready all this time. Only date updates occasionally. What could be the issue?

My wife is here in USA, CR1 visa, back home, Africa she has a bank account. The account pays a small interest and the bank deducts taxes on the interest. will we pay taxes again here in USA?
