Hey guys, I have a question. My husband recently passed his citizenship interview and now awaiting oath ceremony. In his interview, the interviewer asked if he had any questions and he intern asked about my paperwork and he response is that after he's sworn in, they will help him with his family. I recently submitted my AOS as I've been here in the states. Since those documents have been submitted already, could the case be still upgraded or no? Even thought I haven't submitted my son's petition yet as I wanna do so after he's(husband) is a usc, I know chances are his case will probably be completed before mine as he's a minor and his stepfather would then be a usc.. I'll be standing by for ur responses. Thanks VJ fam.

Hello all , My I129f was approved however while filling out my ds160 i realized that my parents names were spelt wrong well my fathers first name and my mother's middle name on the ds160 I corrected them . However I spelled my father's name incorrect on pervious ds160 before , I didn't notice the spelling until I sat and looked at my birth certificate recently . I also forgot to add a previous employment on my i129f package , i can't add it to the ds160 because it only allows two previous employments the button is greyed out . would any of this be consider material misrepresentation ?

Hello everyone. Asking for a friend. Petitioner is US citizen. After 5 years NVC reached out to my friend under F11 category unmarried child over 21 . Friend got married during the 5 year wait. Friend is currently divorced. Friend was ok with category shift when decided to marry but is curious if it would stay in the F11 category since they re now divorced. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I am new here and have a quick question. I am filing for my mother. My wife and I file Joint taxes. My mother is the only one that's migrating. My income alone is sufficient to file for my mother. I think I might qualify to use the I-864ez but not sure if because we file joint taxes then I would need to fill out the i-864 my and my wife fill out the i-864a.
