US Immigration from Jamaica

Hello everyone.

Asking for a friend. Petitioner is US citizen. After 5 years NVC reached out to my friend under F11 category unmarried child over 21 . Friend got married during the 5 year wait. Friend is currently divorced. Friend was ok with category shift when decided to marry but is curious if it would stay in the F11 category since they re now divorced.

Hi, I am new here and have a quick question. I am filing for my mother. My wife and I file Joint taxes. My mother is the only one that's migrating. My income alone is sufficient to file for my mother. I think I might qualify to use the I-864ez but not sure if because we file joint taxes then I would need to fill out the i-864 my and my wife fill out the i-864a.

Filed AOS for my mother along with I-131. Filed June 30, 2020. She did biometrics mid January. How long does it take USCIS to issue the travel document. It is now 9 months since I filed for it.
