My husband and i are separated. He did receive his 10 year after the separation at the interview we told them but they ask us were we working on the marriage and if so what were we doing he said counseling. That never happened. Then they ask me was he beating me i said no. He did and i sent the police report. I basically was used again. Smh he received the green card 10 year. But as soon as he got it

He started treating me like trash. He filed for all his kids and his n400 to be a us citizen in 3 years. So i files for a divorce 3 weeks ago. He filed and theu recieved his n400 june 2021. I was told it maybe an issue because i have to stay married until the interview the day of swearing. He has not had his green card 3 years and they may investigate. We never filed taxes or have proof of evidence that's why i am shocked he got it. What will happen

Hello, wondering how to find out which service center is processing I-130 for a resident/citizen of Georgia (my mother in law filing for her husband).

We received a noticed they received the petition and case # on April 6th but no further information which of the 5 centers is the one to check for processing times?

I really need your help , I can t find the answer searching so I decided to ask We re getting the papers together for adjustment of status , we ll be using a joint sponsor. She files taxes jointly with her husband for the section that says last 3 years of taxes does she write what she made individually or what they both made as in what s reflected on the tax transcript?

Also she makes way above the poverty guidelines does her husband still fill out I864a ? If so what s the supporting documents to include ?

I filed for both my minor children together. A year later I received a RFE for one. I submitted all the necessary documents they asked for. That case was approved and sent to NVC but the other is saying cash is being reviewed. I'm confused because I thought they would process them together. I can't get anyone at USCIS. What do I do now? Do I go ahead and pay the fee at NVC? Or wait for the other?

So a family member did their medical in Jamaica and was called in to do a review of their medical but I m not sure what it means. Have anyone had that experience before. What does this mean
