Hi everyone, I need your help here! So a week after I got married, I had most of my AOS completed, however I realised that the hospital in my home country that done my medical couriered off my results to the embassy without giving me a copy of the DS3025 vaccination report. I called and emailed them and eventually they replied that they "don't have a scanned copy" of it and that I'd have to have another medical report done by the doctor. Feeling VERY frustrated as this was my second medical done by them, and funnily enough they have my first medicals vaccination report but not the second one. So now, I have no idea what to do. Do I have to get another exam in the States, and do I have to submit the AOS with my vaccination report? I know it's a shot in the dark, but I emailed them back if they could get the doctor to write up a report with my scanned vaccination reports I used for my medical last November. Just left feeling very stressed and unsure what to do here at this point.

Hi all, We submitted a PDF compilation of beneficiary's Birth Certificate (original, pg 1), Birth Certificate (translation, pg 2), and note on the back of the translation certifying it (pg 3, below) Note that it's notarized. I don't know how more official you can get than that. I understand that translations can be done without being this official, but we had this sitting around from when spouse attained Irish Naturalization. The translated birth cert is pretty much identical in format to the original save for being in English, and is typed out, not hand written. NVC accepted this and we were DQ'd in October. After finally receiving our interview date we checked back today to review and found we received a "POST feedback" note, dated the 19th, see below Where do I go from here (reaching out via "Ask NVC," reuploading the same PDF with a note, something else?), is this their mistake or is the translation inadequate? I understand that the translation certification is not accompanied by any statement of "I understand both languages," could this be their rationale? Thanks for reading

Hi Guys, 2 questions about filling for citizenship via -N400 online. 1. Right at the end of completing the N-400 is the evidence section. You upload scans of your Green card, Marriage cert, childrens Birth Certs, Tax returns etc. Then there is a section that says 'additional evidence you want to provide'. It isnt clear to me what I upload here. I tried to continue without uploading anything but a warning was advised to me to upload as much as possible to help my case. Can someone please give me a clear list of when needs to be uploaded here? Thanks! 2. I am filling my N-400 online. Do I need to upload the Form N-400 too? Or that form is only if you mailing in your application. Thanks, Irish in Chicago!

My husband's medical is May 7 (Friday) and his CR1 interview is May 10 (Monday). The mater hospital sends the results electronically to US Embassy Dublin. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to send the results? Will they be there in time for his interview?

hi I'm new to all this so I'm sorry if I should be posting this somewhere else but I'm not too sure how to navigate this website. my fianc and I are filling out our form i-129f and I've come across question 37 and 38. question 37 is a check the box on whether you have been to the US before. I checked yes as I visited Orlando in 2018. question 38 says to fill out the following if the beneficiary is CURRENTLY in the US. however the USCIS instructions contradict this and say to include your I-94 if you've ever been in the US. my question is do I fill out question 38's fields asking for I-94 number etc or do I leave it blank? again I'm very sorry if this has been asked before or I'm posting this in the wrong place
