Hi everyone, I need your help here! So a week after I got married, I had most of my AOS completed, however I realised that the hospital in my home country that done my medical couriered off my results to the embassy without giving me a copy of the DS3025 vaccination report. I called and emailed them and eventually they replied that they "don't have a scanned copy" of it and that I'd have to have another medical report done by the doctor. Feeling VERY frustrated as this was my second medical done by them, and funnily enough they have my first medicals vaccination report but not the second one. So now, I have no idea what to do. Do I have to get another exam in the States, and do I have to submit the AOS with my vaccination report? I know it's a shot in the dark, but I emailed them back if they could get the doctor to write up a report with my scanned vaccination reports I used for my medical last November. Just left feeling very stressed and unsure what to do here at this point.

Hi all, We submitted a PDF compilation of beneficiary's Birth Certificate (original, pg 1), Birth Certificate (translation, pg 2), and note on the back of the translation certifying it (pg 3, below) Note that it's notarized. I don't know how more official you can get than that. I understand that translations can be done without being this official, but we had this sitting around from when spouse attained Irish Naturalization. The translated birth cert is pretty much identical in format to the original save for being in English, and is typed out, not hand written. NVC accepted this and we were DQ'd in October. After finally receiving our interview date we checked back today to review and found we received a "POST feedback" note, dated the 19th, see below Where do I go from here (reaching out via "Ask NVC," reuploading the same PDF with a note, something else?), is this their mistake or is the translation inadequate? I understand that the translation certification is not accompanied by any statement of "I understand both languages," could this be their rationale? Thanks for reading
