Hello, Has anyone traveled to Saudi Arabia with extension letter and successfully apply for their e-visa online or in their airport?

I saw online for their requirement, one of them is "

• You must provide a residency visa from one of the GCC countries with a minimum validity of at least three months beyond the date of entry into Saudi.

I only have the extension letter and I'm scared if I'm not allowed without valid physical green card.

You have "6 months" to use a K1, I have read. What is the clock start date? My fiancee's K1 shows a 25 september expiration date but an issuance date of 16 may (last week). that's only a little over 4 months. We will be able to meet that deadline easily, but we had expected an expiration date in November. Did the clock start when our petition was approved?

Question 2a on the I-129f form asks if you have ever committed various crimes including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault etc..

when I was 19 I got into an argument with my ex and pushed her down. I was charged with simple assault and criminal trespass. (This happened at her mother s house). This was 18 years ago. I put no to the answer because we did not co habitate, so it wouldn t be considered DV. But I had never heard of dating violence and it was never in my life brought up like that. Reading various sites this crime could be considered dating violence. I didn t find anything on here about anyone talking about dating violence.

I still disclosed the simple assault and trespass on with the i129f with a description of what happened. Should I be worried?

so on 18 March 2024, i got an additional RFE about my medical, uscis asked me to sent the documents to another CIS F.O.

the first rfe they asked me to send to MO, this time to LA.

is it normal thing? Or a good sign?

it s been 3 weeks but i still didn t hear anything about my case.
