US Immigration from Indonesia

So, I'm from Indonesia and I have successfully come to the USA with a K1 Visa, we just got married last week and we got the approval for our marriage license in San Antonio Texas just today.

Currently, my husband lives in Alabama so I move with him. I would like to update my status with the I-485 form and also we agreed to change my last name to my husband's last name.

We need your recommendation, which one we should do first? Change my last name at the married license building in Alabama or adjust my status?

Got my RFE today. I was surprised for what it was asking for considering what I had sent them.

They listed the offenses which I had detailed, and also mentioned the document from the Criminal Identification and Records Branch to show the police records for my arrests did not satisfy. My records we're expunged, and state police and courts are showing no records found. but they did not mention the documents I attained from the courts which had Seals and signatures stating with a check box marked next to it "The Undersigned has searched for the requested information on the above-named person and has determined that no such case, pending or disposed, appears of record in circuit court.

I'm dumbfounded what else to give them as this is what both courts gave me from two different counties.

Does anybody knows which dq dates are being covered at us embassy Indonesia?

Hello, Has anyone traveled to Saudi Arabia with extension letter and successfully apply for their e-visa online or in their airport?

I saw online for their requirement, one of them is "

• You must provide a residency visa from one of the GCC countries with a minimum validity of at least three months beyond the date of entry into Saudi.

I only have the extension letter and I'm scared if I'm not allowed without valid physical green card.

You have "6 months" to use a K1, I have read. What is the clock start date? My fiancee's K1 shows a 25 september expiration date but an issuance date of 16 may (last week). that's only a little over 4 months. We will be able to meet that deadline easily, but we had expected an expiration date in November. Did the clock start when our petition was approved?
