Hello, Has anyone traveled to Saudi Arabia with extension letter and successfully apply for their e-visa online or in their airport?

I saw online for their requirement, one of them is "

  • You must provide a residency visa from one of the GCC countries with a minimum validity of at least three months beyond the date of entry into Saudi.

I only have the extension letter and I'm scared if I'm not allowed without valid physical green card.

Your bullet point has no connection to green cards. GCC=Gulf Cooperation Council, which consists of Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. Assuming this is what you are referring to (and not what you posted above):

If this is your first time entering Saudi Arabia using a visa based on your Schengen, UK, or US visa/residency permit, please ensure your Schengen, UK, or US visa/residency permit is still valid.

Well your extension letter is proof your residency is still valid, so you should be fine.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Do you have expired GC?

You may want to reach out to Saudi authorities to clarify before travelling.

Definitely for US authorities, but other countries pick and choose what they accept as the proof.
