My current account's timeline documents the K1 process for myself (petitioner) and my former wife (beneficiary). Sadly, we split and time moves on. I need to execute the process again with a new beneficiary. What's the best approach? Leave this account and start a second one with a blank slate? I understand there's no way to have two timelines associated with one account. I didn't see how to delete the timeline or unlink, so it looks like it can't be reused. Not that I want to anyway, it's historical data useful to the site's estimations. How do people handle this? If a second account is the way to go, guidelines on naming it? can both be associated with the same email?

Hi All, I need to confirm the courier service to collect my passport later after the interview. I tried to log in on the website but bit confused. Should I choose the "Delivery Registration" or "All Immigrant" option? the thing that makes me confused is IF I chose "Delivery Registration", the confirmation page shows my DS160 number instead of my DS260. If I chose the "All Immigrant" option, at the end of the step I need to select a date for an interview although my interview is scheduled by NVC. So which option should I choose?

Hi all- I'm waiting for my K1 visa to be issued. Right now it is on "approved", working day 7 (They said to contact them if I haven't gotten it by working day 10). I'm not Canadian but I've been trying to stay here to finish the K1 procedure on visitors permit, which expires on February 3rd. My question is do you think I should extend my visitor permit? Or should I have faith in the Montreal consulate (lol) to send my visa out before then? Thank you

Hi All, I got interview letter from NVC (01/12/23). I'm trying to gather all things I need for the interview, but I have things that I'm sure, could anyone help me on this? thank you. - Do I need to bring original affidavit of support to the interview? or would it be enough just the copy. This makes me confused because I read two different thread said two different things. Meanwhile on NVC prep website they say this: "You do not need to bring your Affidavit of Support or financial evidence you submitted to NVC". any thought?
- On the letter said, I need to bring all documents that I submitted on CEAC. What other document that I should bring?
- They said, I need to register for courier / pick up passport. I tried to log in my CGI account, create a new application, enter my preference pick up / courier service and on the last step, it said The Case ID that you have entered cannot be found. any idea how to solve this ?
Thank you, happy weekend

Hello! I'm a new member and just found this thread recently. I used to lurk around Reddit but seems not many people talked about it in the Immigration/USCIS thread. So I'm here to try out my luck and to inquire some information on timeline/experience in regards to Immigrant Visa specifically Employment Based. Long story short: I'm an Indonesian citizen who is sponsored by my U.S. company for EB-3 (I'm in tech). I'm currently residing in Canada (Toronto). I'm still in the process of preparing to file I-140 (PP) at the moment, and my company's lawyer mentioned that I can take the Immigrant Visa interview either in Jakarta or Montreal. However, they don't have any insight as to which one is more timely efficient/safer. So I have done a little digging into the Montreal consulate, and I have been hearing EBs are definitely not prioritized right now and the wait time is backlogged for 2 years. Not only that, many are also placed in administrative processing (I'm not sure if this applied to Canadian only?). I'm not sure if these information is an accurate reflection of Montreal embassy or not. On the other hand, I can't find a single information about the Jakarta consulate nor anyone talked about it. Therefore, I'm here to see if anyone has ever gone through the interview in Jakarta? If so what's the timeline looks like for getting your interview scheduled after your I-140 is approved or receiving the NVC welcome letter? Also those who have gone through the Montreal consulate, care if you share the same? I'd highly appreciate any response. Thank you.
