We got an RFE for form I-693, report of medical examination and vaccination record. The letter notes, "All Forms I-693 signed by civil surgeon on or after Oct 5, 2022, must use the 07/19/2022 edition of Form I-693." I completed my medical examination in May 2022, and the civil surgeon signed the 09/13/2021 version of the form. Should I redo my medical examination or would the old one still be OK because it was signed prior to the release of the new edition?

Hey everyone- I have gotten married recently and am waiting for the marriage certificate so I can go and get an SSN (because of name change..), but after looking through the I-485 form, there is an option for me to get the SSN using the form itself. Would you recommend me getting the SSN prior to filing the I-485 or should I do it before? I know i should file I-485 before I go out of status, but I'm also concerned if it'll take forever before I actually get the SSN through I-485. Thank you in advance!

Should I just do adjustment in here or should I just went back and do cr1 ? If adjustments how is the process and cr1 too how is the process?

I am a US citizen and I petitioned my spouse and on march 3rd will be one year since I filed. What can I do if I do not get any response to my application. I check on line and says under active review since they send the receipt back in March 2022. The USCIS portal where you enter your information and it tells you when you should now, its past that date. Help. Thanks

My current account's timeline documents the K1 process for myself (petitioner) and my former wife (beneficiary). Sadly, we split and time moves on. I need to execute the process again with a new beneficiary. What's the best approach? Leave this account and start a second one with a blank slate? I understand there's no way to have two timelines associated with one account. I didn't see how to delete the timeline or unlink, so it looks like it can't be reused. Not that I want to anyway, it's historical data useful to the site's estimations. How do people handle this? If a second account is the way to go, guidelines on naming it? can both be associated with the same email?
