Hello everyone!

I filled out the DS160 form, but now I'm confused about which one I should do next.

Make a payment for my DS160 form then make a schedule for the interview on ustraveldocs's page?
Or book for a medical checkup first then make a payment of DS160 and make an interview schedule?

Hello, anyone in here! Hoping you have a good time.

I would like to ask some questions.

1. Has anybody here been to the USA and used a K1 Visa with your whole family (in this case my family doesn't have a B2 visa yet. However they gonna start to process as soon as possible)? If yes, how's the whole process from making their B2 visa to entering the USA?

2. We will hold our wedding party in a different state from where my fiancee lives. Is that a big problem? or fine? We will gonna stay at my fiancee's home anyway after the party.

Hey all,

I've got my embassy interview next week and I understand that if things go well (fingers crossed) the embassy will keep my passport and send it later via courier (something I have already registered for).

My question is this: Will the the embassy issue a receipt that they kept my passport? I ask because I live in a country where having my passport on me is important for ID purposes.

Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi!

Is beneficiary's birth certificate required for K1 visa? I didn't see it necessary from USCIS website. Please anyone help to clarify. Also do I need to legalized/apostille the translated version of my BC? (my BC is not in English, so I guess i need to have it translated). Thank you so much!
