US Immigration from Haiti

Hello,

I have an aunt who was here on a 6 month tourist visa visiting her fianc (now husband), originally she was just here to visit but they ended up getting married. Prior to their marriage she overstayed her visa.

She s getting mixed information about whether she should apply for AOS and wait it out with her now husband or is there another application that must be submitted first since there s an over stay of over 5 months?

Hi All, I wanted to reach out to make sure everyone's family/loved one is safe after the earthquake and hurricane last weekend. I meant to make this post earlier. We have family in Les Cayes who lost their homes but thankfully they are all right. I hope everyone is safe and accounted for and wish a speedy visa process for those who are waiting!! Poor Haiti never catches a break.

I am trying to check the I-751 case processing times for the MSC from the USCIS site.

What's listed are California, Nebraska, Potomac, Texas and Vermont Service centers.

Which one does MSC fall under or is there another way to track it?

my case said escalated to post since July 29 and i haven't heard anything since. what does that mean?
