US Immigration from Ghana

Hi family,
If the petitioner( He) is US citizen but the beneficiary(she) is not a US citizen but she has given birth in her home country whiles waiting for her interview date, what is the best process to go by so that she can come to the state with the new born baby when she gets her interview date.

so finally my petition has been sent to the embassy and it says ready. The NOA 2 is valid from 08/04/21 to 12/04/21. Do I have to find interview between these dates? What if I am not getting an interview date ? Thanks

I'm wondering. So my USC wife and I want to get our daughter a passport. But on the US passport application form, it requires the other parent living outside the US to sign his part and get it notarized. The question is, can we get the notarization done in the US embassy in Ghana?

Approximately a month ago my fianc went for his medical exam for his K-1 visa. At the time of his medical, the clinic did not have the vaccinations needed and asked him to come back later for the vaccines. His medical was completed and sent to the embassy with a note that he did not receive his vaccines because the clinic did not have them.

Fast forward, his interview went well and he received his visa and the sealed packet with it last week. However, he just received his last required vaccine today and has 6 more days in country before he comes to the US. My question is can he get an updated I-693 from the Ghana Embassy before he leaves to show that he has all of the required vaccines so he doesn't have to go for another medical exam for AOS?

My son who is a minor arrived in the country about four months ago with an immigrant visa also the same as the green card varies for one year . I was able to get his SSN and just last week He received his American passport. He actually got his US passport through me as a citizen. I paid his $220 for his green before he got to the country . I have called USCIS many times to get an information about when I will get his green card but no answer .

my question is , does he really needs his green card since he has received his US passport already ? Thanks for reading guys .
