US Immigration from Ghana

Hello everyone. I have a problem and I need help in navigating it.

My mum filed the an I-130 in 2016 when she was an LPR for my siblings aged me 20, 18 and 14. We did our medicals and an interview was scheduled but unfortunately our visas was denied.

Fast forward to 2019, a new I-130 was filed and we did DNA, and submitted forms to NVC we became documentary qualified June 2020, my mum naturalized and is now a US citizen so our case was upgraded to IR2.

We ve received an appointment date in April but we noticed the visa class has changed from IR2 to F11.

Please help, how can it be changed back to IR2?

I received my 2 years green card 3 months ago . Now my Christian husband says we are one infront of God so I can t go anywhere without him apart from church , work , grocery stores . What type of situation is this and what can I do . He has refused marriage counseling. I am currently in therapy for anxiety and panic attacks because he screams a lot when angry . Please help , what should I do ?

my visa was issued on the 18th March but it expires next month. Is that normal?????

i need help because I m currently in school and will be finishing in July so the plan was I ll leave for the US once I m done-which will be either in July /August.

school is in session now and I cannot leave midway through this sem as I ll be writing my exams next month.

Any help? Should I contact the Embassy to inquire why this has happneed? Thanks

Hi, I am slated for an interview next month. I am told that i would need my sponsor's tax transcripts including my wife's. Is the downloadable version on IRS enough to be presented during the interview or we have to opt for the one that is mailed?

Hi VJ family, My wife and I find it curious USCIS precedes her current (marriage) name with her maiden name when it comes to her mailing address in their correspondence. Is this usual?
