US Immigration from Ghana

We applied for expedite the other day in not less then 4 days they already sent us an email denying our expedite its like they didn't even look over our case for medical reasons im so frustrated and don't even know where to go at this point or even how soon to try to reapply, it's like they don't even give a dam it's like a game to them sorry for my rant. Ghana doesn't even seem like there doing but a couple interviews a month from what I read.

Our son was born this past week and we are looking into what it would take to get him a Ghanaian passport. My understanding is that he is already a Ghanaian citizen by virtue of having a Ghanaian mother (I m a U.S. citizen).

However, it looks like we are going to need to register him as a dual citizen to get him a Ghanaian passport.

It looks like we send in a copy of my wife s passport, $250 and a return envelope to get the application.

Has anyone gone through this process?

Good people of visa journey , am filing for my spouse, 2 step kids and our own child, how many times do I have to fill the I-130 forms.(am filling the online one). What documents should I upload for my step children

On another thing we recently got married and there was a question how long we have lived together, do I need to put only the time after we got married or include the time before married?

So long and short have been back and forth with the embassy after my first interview on 26th July 2018 and have been on AP since with several dropbox to dhl and on the 10th November 2021 I had email from the embassy with another dropbox but this time passport requested and redo my medicals and update my ds260 IRS tax transcript.Additional proof of relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary (examples include photographs,communication records, or tax,bank or insurance documents that show the petitioner's and beneficiary's names together) and from all my dropbox they never ask passport.so I waited for 2021 tax stuffs which I drop them off on 14th june 2022

So far I had 3 updates from 13th june which I believe date they received my medicals and 16th june which they receive my dropbox documents and last so far 17th june.i want to ask is it positive sign to get my visa.i need help from anyone who had similar issues

I finally left home for the shelter now for 3 weeks To get away from my verbally and emotionally abusive husband. We tried marriage counseling and I ve been in individual therapy for almost 3 months now because I developed anxiety and panic attacks. Yesterday I told him I m getting a divorce and today he s accusing me of fraud . He said he called immigration and they said he can withdraw his petition. I already have 2 years green card . What will happen now ?
