US Immigration from Ghana

Good people of visa journey , am filing for my spouse, 2 step kids and our own child, how many times do I have to fill the I-130 forms.(am filling the online one). What documents should I upload for my step children

On another thing we recently got married and there was a question how long we have lived together, do I need to put only the time after we got married or include the time before married?

So long and short have been back and forth with the embassy after my first interview on 26th July 2018 and have been on AP since with several dropbox to dhl and on the 10th November 2021 I had email from the embassy with another dropbox but this time passport requested and redo my medicals and update my ds260 IRS tax transcript.Additional proof of relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary (examples include photographs,communication records, or tax,bank or insurance documents that show the petitioner's and beneficiary's names together) and from all my dropbox they never ask passport.so I waited for 2021 tax stuffs which I drop them off on 14th june 2022

So far I had 3 updates from 13th june which I believe date they received my medicals and 16th june which they receive my dropbox documents and last so far 17th june.i want to ask is it positive sign to get my visa.i need help from anyone who had similar issues

I finally left home for the shelter now for 3 weeks To get away from my verbally and emotionally abusive husband. We tried marriage counseling and I ve been in individual therapy for almost 3 months now because I developed anxiety and panic attacks. Yesterday I told him I m getting a divorce and today he s accusing me of fraud . He said he called immigration and they said he can withdraw his petition. I already have 2 years green card . What will happen now ?

I am IR-1 Principal applicant, I have not received my Interview Appointment since we were DQed in 2021, However my Child who is IR-2 and we applied same time has received her Interview appointment and going for interview next week.

What are the implications? Do I notify NVC that my Interview date has not come? what bases will my child be approved? Kindly advice

Hello family.

Please, I need your expertise based on your experiences. NVC sent our K1 case to Ghana November 4th, 2021. The status says "Ready. Your case is ready to be scheduled for interview..." Up till today, I haven't received any communication or whatsoever from the embassy. I've been checking some members K1 timeline and it looks like everyone's been getting confirmation in about 1-weeks. Am I missing something...? I always check my email, junk/spam and I haven't received anything from the embassy. My NVC emails and mail always came through. Is there another way to check if I've missed my P3..? As always, the embassy won't answer phone calls or give a proper answer to my inquiry. Any thoughts is appreciated.
