Hey guys , please I have a question . If The date on my visa expiration is December 1st 2023, can I leave to the US on the 21st of November 2023? please is it allowed ? That’s leaving 10 days to the expiration of my visa

Okay thanks Could even be less ? Do you mean if someone enters the US on the 4th month after the Medicals they won’t be allowed in ?

Pls how soon after receiving the k1 visa does one have to leave the country , is it 6 months from the date of medical or 6 months from the date of visa approval ? haven’t gotten to that stage yet but just want to get it clear cos a friend of mine is in this particular phase and we argued about it , so I decided to put it out here for clarification.
