Hello all, My wife (U.S. citizen) and I (German citizen) live in Germany and my wife works for her U.S.-based employer remotely. We haven't started the green card process yet. We are about to send in the I-130 package. We were thinking of doing DCF at the Frankfurt consulate to speed up the green card process. We would ask my wife's employer to draft a letter stating that she needs to come back to U.S. within the next couple of months. Does anyone know how much time you can currently save with DCF in Frankfurt compared to USCIS with the I-130? Would that usually be proof enough to get approved for DCF? Does the USCIS actually contact the employer to confirm? I would really appreciate any info you have!

Did this happen to anyone else? When I got to my appointment today the officer called my name and asked if I can speak English, when I answered yes he told my husband to sit down again and wait for me. Only i went to the interview then, just talked through my I-485 and got approved right away. I mean it all went good but I never heard that only one spouse went to the interview

Hi all I had my interview in Frankfurt last week and got approved, however they said my medical results aren't there yet, even though I had the medical 14 days prior the interview date. Has that happened to anyone else who had their interview in Frankfurt? I'm worried that the medical results have been lost in the mail. Is there any other way to contact/check with the embassy beside the visainquiry-email? It took around 20 days to get a reply last time I sent them a question, and I would just hate to lose time while I could get the doctor to send out a copy of the medical results... I already tried to call the embassy and they mentioned as well, that the results should have been there by now, but only referred to the visainquiry email address. Many thanks

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has recently apply or is currently waiting for N400 at the San Diego office? This might help us see the estimated wait time for SD office. My timeline for N-400 under the 3 year rule: May 7, 2021 - submitted the application online May 14, 2021 - received receipt notice & biometrics reuse letter
