Hello everyone, 

Up until the NVC stage our process was very smooth. But it smees like for some reason my husband could not use the I 864 EZ. We submitted the lengthy form of the  I 864 the same day we got the request on the 17th of June. But have not heard anything from them still. All the other documents were accepted 3 weeks after uploading them. 

When uploading the I 864 we could not switch the document type from the I 864 EZ, so the I 864 is uploaded in the category of I 864 EZ. Do you think that is causing a problem? Or is NVC for some reason processing very slowly all of a sudden? (Our date is not current yet)

From https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html -- Current case review time: As of 9-AUG-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 11-JUN-2021.
