Hello , did anyone here get a after their medical appointment?

Hello! So I am quite confused, I received the NOA2 on July 31st after 68 short days of waiting. I also received my letter on August 3rd of my approval. However, I have seen that others receive notifications saying that their visa has been sent to the Department of State while I have not received it even though the letter says it has been sent to the NVC. How long does it take for USCIS to send cases to the NVC? I assumed they would do it immediately after approving it but I have yet to receive a notification saying that they have sent it.

We just received our NVC case number and are in some confusion currently. My fianc (petitioner) does not meet the income requirements for the I-134 yet, as she only starts her full time job in September. She can list around 10k on the I-134.

Now we are in between two options for a joint sponsor.

1. Married couple (friends of us, hosehold of 2)

• each of them made around 20k on last 1040 tax return.
• They filed their taxes jointly, would we include their combined income (40k) on a separate I-134?
• If just one of them can be the sponsor, are the 20k income then combined with my fianc 's 10k ? (=30k in total, meaning well above the poverty guidelines)

2. her sister (different household)

• she makes more than enough, although she is worried if it affects her chances of buying a house and a new car once she becomes my K1 sponsor.
• Could being my sponsor it affect her in any way? Assuming I do not need any of her financial resources obviously.

Some insight here would be appreciated.

They are so picky about expidited request. I have a hard lump in one of my breast. They denied me for an expidited request. I was told that I would qualify for one if I get a mammogram and it proves cancerous.

The problem is, I have no family left (they are all diseased) other than my husband and I am too petrified to go for a mammogram due the possibility of it being cancer. There is a history of breast cancer in my family.

I need my husband here with me for emotional support in the event that I find out it is cancer. I have no other support other than him.

@MalloryCat I wanted to ask if the email address used to send the Ds -160 confirmation to the embassy (Frankfurt)is the same for everyone?
