Hello everyone ! - Just asking for some advice before NVC and Embassy stage We are at our 7 month waiting for our I-130 and we are thinking what option between postponing the embassy ITW (Is it even possible ? Paris embassy) or wait before submit all the documents required at the nvc stage ? The reason that we want to wait is that we are both working until end of April 2024 and we obviously want to wait until that date because that's gonna be our 2 years anniversary. Both living together in France for years. Thanks Denis & Annie

Howdy! My i751 status changed from case is being reviewed to new card is being processed . No interview nothing. last week I inquired on my i751 and uscis responded the following: Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on 06/04/2021. On 05/29/2022, you also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time. Am I supposed to expect to receive a date for my n400 interview soon then? Anyone experienced anything similar

Hi all, I entered the US on December 31, 2022. I know that I will not receive my Green Card until a few months but I was wondering if there was a way to follow the production of it on an application or a website. Thanks a lot !

Hi everyone, I'm currently collecting the documents for the NVC, to be ready when we get our NOA2. I need Police Certificates from Germany and Switzerland (amongst others), and I am wondering if I need: 1a) the overauthentication of the German certificate of conduct 1b) the issuing of an Apostille for the German certificate of conduct, 2) the Swiss excerpt authenticated by the Federal Chancellery, Or if the "basic versions" are accepted by the NVC? Thanks in advance for sharing your experience!

hi the community I hope you guys are doing well Mid November I requested to change embassy because the embassy of my country France was and still is pretty busy and backlogged! The Switzerland Embassy in Bern accepted to take over our application and within couple days the application arrived electronically in Switzerland! I paid the MRV and did my medical received all the instructions! But in order to get an interview date the embassy needs to get the paper file application that has not arrived yet US Embassy in Paris said that they sent the paper file couple weeks ago to the Switzerland embassy. i m starting to be concerned that they have lost my application Do you guys know what is the normal timeframe for the embassy switch? Does the application goes back to the United States and its sent to the new embassy? Thanks
