US Immigration from Egypt

My name is a difficult Arabian name for example it is Alkhdr. At my first job they called me by a short name like Al instead of Alkhdr and it was only used in the work and work related reports and never used after this job.I believe this is a short version of my name . So I don t believe it is alias or nickname so I never listed it at any immigration forms before . Am I right ?

my understanding that nickname is a funny name or a name that is not related to your name like ( tiny) or ( ghost ). However I am thinking to mention that during my citizenship interview. So any body had the same issue? What do you guys think?

We received an email from NVC last week that they are transferring our paperwork to the US embassy in Cario

The problem is that i have a baby that can t get an Egyptian passport and the only way to take the baby after my interview is a CRBA and an American passport

We called the embassy several times and applied all the needed documents for the CRBA as promised in their website that we should receive a reply within 5 working days but all we received was an auto reply

we call the embassy to check how this can work but they also tell us that they re not processing any CRBA now

I m too concerned if i have to start my paperwork all over again until they start processing CRBA because we ve been waiting for my paperwork 2 years now and we ve been through a lot of trouble

Is there any legal solution for my situation?

I was just wondering if anybody on here is doing the cr1 from Egypt? Please no negative comments I just really would like to talk to somebody who's going through the same thing as me.

Hello everyone, first of all i just wanted to ask about a bunch of questions

Currently my brother is a US Citizen and he is applying for my mother to Form I-130

In same time I'm applying for F-1 Visa to study in USA. Does this ( Form I-130 or F-1 ) conflict with each other any of the applying process ?

Does my brother could Improves my position In applying for F-1 Visa or it would make the situation more harder ?

Plus Can i apply for adjust of status while I'm in the states with my F-1 Visa after my mother become a Permanent Resident ?

My child is a legal permanent resident. His last name was changed and I'd like to file form I-90 on his behalf online (he is 12 years old), in order to get his name changed on his Green Card. Can I create a USCIS account online for him? I had already created an online for myself, but I am not sure how to proceed when it comes to creating an account on a minor child's behalf. Can anybody walk me through it step by step please? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
