US Immigration from Ecuador

So I have a question regarding the affidavit of support. Backstory I am a US citizen filing CR1 for my wife, filed Feb 10th of this year. I ve lived in Ecuador for the last ten years. I moved back in April to the US and have been working since then. My question is, would my income be sufficient enough or would I need a cosponsor. I ll be making well over the poverty line but won t be filing taxes until next year. Let s say my wife gets approved soon, maybe October or November of this year, and we move on to the NVC stage, what document would I need as a tax return or as a supporting document. Would I be obligated to have a cosponsor ?

Filling I-134 and 2021, 2020, and 2019 all fall below the income requirement. I just got rehired at my old job and I m estimated to make $33k-$40k yearly. Any advice on using my current income and not the last three years? Household size of 3 I129F

My cousin is 6 years old and my mom wants to adopt her from my uncle who is very ill and is not financially stable to take care of her. He's willing to give her up for adoption as we don't know how long he has. Do you think it's possible?

I am in the process of finalizing the I-129F petition for my fiance in Ecuador. I am going over everything and have a question about the necessary criminal history documents. I was arrested a couple times back in 2006 for some minor charges, none from the list of specified crimes, and went to the court to get certified copies of the court disposition for both cases. In both instances, the cases were dismissed and then expunged, so I did not think to ask about the arrest records. Has anyone just sent in the court disposition without the arrest records without getting an RFE? I am looking over the court disposition records they gave me and it only includes the outcome and date of disposition, but it does not show any original arrest dates or anything else. The disposition is also a print out from the electronic system with a signed and certified seal cover letter for each instance. Should I go back and ask for the arrest record or would this be included with this if it was available?
