US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Good morning guys, so this is the situation:

My mother in law is applying to take the civics part in her native language, she is 75 years old and the 15 years as green card holder anniversary was on December 5 2020, we filled the application online on October 18 taking advantage of the 90 days early filling. She just had her interview and the officer refused to give the test in her native language arguing that she didn't qualify for it. According to her she should have filled after December 5.

Is the officer right?

I file my i130 for my current 3rd husband on May 14 and I have my Noa1 for may 14 too because I file online and I got IOE case. I marry on May 8, 2021. I file an i129f for k3 but I don't have my Noa1 yet.

My question is, do I have a red flags with USCIS for been married again?

My previous husband married me for my papers and I report that to the fraud page in travel.org and at the ICE link at the USCIS page but in both times I don't have any answers from them.

I have consular interview in Dominican Republic on June 1 and have been notified that the name in the passport does not match name in the ds260. I've tried to correct mistake several ways but have been unable to do so. Is this a serious mistake that can result in denial of visa?

Mother in law has a pending 130 by my husband USC. Will be sending in an adjustment of status application as well (485). She is visiting the US on her tourist visa since July and visitor status expired in January. Should I be sending in any other documentation for adjustment of status application?
